Being nice

Listening to an interview with Ben Horowitz and Marc Andreesen earlier this week I was struck by a quote from Ben:

I get a lot of credit for being nice, but really I’m just winning.

Hoop often gets given the “nice” label from people I meet. And this is exactly how I respond.
